Each botanical is treated with different extraction techniques and times to obtain its most distinctive aromas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"490\" data-end=\"870\">Once the optimal infusion time is determined for each botanical, the distillation process begins. Each distillation is conducted separately using discontinuous bain-marie stills and both direct and indirect steam.
